Fees & Payment

  • Fees: Fees for services are as specified in your signed SEO contract.
  • Billing: Unless otherwise arranged, all invoices are due immediately upon receipt.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed or ongoing SEO services.

Term & Termination

  • Term: The Agreement begins on the date services commence and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms.
  • Termination By Client: The Client may terminate services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. The Client remains liable for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  • Termination By Agency: We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or at our discretion with written notice and reasonable cause.

Performance & Guarantees

  • Best Efforts: SEO results can depend on many factors outside our control. We will use industry-standard techniques and best practices but cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or outcomes.
  • External Factors: Search engines may update algorithms or policies that impact SEO performance. The Agency is not liable for ranking changes or loss of traffic/engagement due to such external factors.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this website. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
